Janetye: All of our products conform to TVU/VIA standard, undergo rigorous impact test, cornering fatigue test, radial fatigue test ; Our factory is ISO9001 certified.
Q2: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
Janetye: We accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo, wheel design and packing design.
Q3: How about your delivery time?
Janetye: From the deposit received date, we will finish production within 45-50 days. If need to produce wheel mould, leadtime will takes 3-4 weeks longer. Generally, it will take 15 days for one-piece and 35 days for two-piece after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q4: How to deliver your wheels?
Janetye: We cooperate with very reliable shipping company and agent, if you dont have your own agent, we can help you and give you suggestions and the most economic way for shipping by sea or by air, you can choose pickup wheels from the nearest port or at your shop.
Q5: What's your MOQ?
Janetye: Our company minimum quantity: forging is 4 piece minimum, 100 pieces of casting is minimum,if need to make your own design, we can discuss about the MOQ.
Q6: What information should I provide for a quotation?
Janetye: Usually we need know : car model and the wheel size , PCD , CB , ET(offset) ,color and order quantity to make a correct quoation for you.
Q7: What's the payment term?
Janetye: 100%T/T, 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment.
Q8：Do you test all your goods before delivery ？
Janetye: Yes,we have quality control all through our production and have final inspection by QC before shipment.
